Childsupport question , HELP?

in the month of MAY my baby's father and I went to child support court. I filed to put him on. That same day , i took him off because he agreed to help out , so i gave him a chance. He is still not contributing , and now i am pregnant with his second daughter he still doesnt want to help. I have my baby in OCTOBER in i need money , if i file again , would they deny me ? would they feel i am just playing games , please HELP
