Rough and hard , tips?

Can anyone give me any tips on how to feel good down there after . I don't like soft, gentle , so I tell my partner to be rough and hard but I always seem to be quite sore down there afterwards, do you think Lubrication would help if I enjoy this kind of ? I am quite wet before startin but feel really painful afterwards, but not painful when I wee, just painful in general but does go away after a few days.
