You have no chance of contracting genital warts without direct contact. Since he is your father it is safe to ume that is not a possibility. I would avoid sharing any bath towels, if you don't already. Neither of you should be awkward. Genital warts are caused by a virus. You would only need to concern yourself with any future partners as this virus is mostly spread when there are no visible warts. I would save your father the embarrment and never bring it up. You'll be fine :)
