How do we get him convicted???

me and my friends are being harred by this guy named devon. we finally got to talking about it and we decided to try to turn him in. obviously we'll need evidence. we have a list of at least 15 different girls who say that they were harred by him. we were thinking of taping our conversations with him. will all of that be enough?
