Is my Mexican Strat HSS Crap?

The bridge is not flat on the guitar, on the humbucker the second row of metal consists entirely out of face-up screws, and some are deeper into the humbucker than the others, the metal part of the pickups show gaps, on the back there is a white plastic covering, but it doesn't cover a bare metal part inside the guitar, and there is only one mtal thing on the headstock that holds down two of my strings. Frankly, my old training guitar sounds a little better in an amp, because my strat doesn't go to loud. It is brand new from guitar center. I am an amateur, this is my first real guitar, does anybody know if this is a problem?
