How do you make the artichoke sauce from the Cheesecake Factory?

The Cheesecake Factory has an appetizer that is artichokes (I think grilled but I'm not sure). They have two sauces for it. One tasted like it had more mayonnaise and the other tasted like it had vinegar in it. I was wondering what the recipe for the vinegar one was because I love it. I will take the recipe for either one though because I love them both.
