Fraternities at UM (in Florida)?

Can anyone tell me about the fraternity process at UM? Like finding fraternities to join, how to sign up, dates, and all that. Also does anyone have any opinion as to which one is the best. I'm an incoming freshman and I'm planning on joining one (just have no idea how).
