At what age should women stop weearing headbands, question for guys and gals particulary embellished ones?

I bought a embelished headband from forever 21, I like them and I still like wearing headbands, but I'm wondering since I'm about to turn 23 if I should send it back, Indecisive I know. But people already tell me I look young.And I still get carded. Should I send them back.
