Early period on ortho reg. anyone?

ok where to start. short story i was on jolessa for almost a year switched to ortho tri-cyclen reg. for breakthrough bleeding problems. this is my 2nd mo on this pill. it was great the first month and i have had no problems until now. i do the sun. start i got my period the day of the first inactive pill last month. well this month i got it (today)thurs. i still have two active pills left. my stomach had started cramping this morning then this evening i noticed quite a bit of dark brown blood. sorry. now its almost gone and very light and my stomach still hurts. so does this mean that my period is just early or is it another case of the 3 week bleeding. if it is just my period does this mean that i will bleed all the way through next week since i havent stopped taking the active pills just yet??since all they are are withdrawal bleeds. or will it be like a normal period im so over birth control it sometimes seems to hurt more than it helps. i just dont know what to do. if anyone has had this happen or any simlar experiences please let me know
