Guys advice pls.?

I have known this guy for awhile we used to hang out alot and have gotton close once or twice but neva no big relationship's. Well i havent seen him about 2 months and when i came back to my Dads in fl where i live. I saw him at my dads and asked whats up whatcha doin here he said that my dad is letting him stay a week or 2 i was like omg ok . well last nite we was catching up he was telling me about his jobs and school and about his life and i felt close to him again and we laughed and laughed well my dad got home from work early so i went to bed and kept thinking about him so i got up went up to his door knocked and he opened and said yes? i froze for a min then said um do u have any gum he smiled and said yeah hold on . I felt like so dumb then i said ok gnite he said the same . well about 5 mins later i heard a silent knock on my door so i answerd he was him he said hey did you know that bam was getting married i said yes he smiled and said oh ok then stood there for a min
