Maybe pregnant, question about test?

So I am having some tell-tale signs of early pregnancy. You know creamy discharge, tired, dizzy, crampy abdomen, sour tummy, raised temp, etc. Well I took one pregnancy test, but it was way to early so it was negative. The symptoms just keep adding up though, because last night my started getting really sore and have continued to today. I have a feeling that if pregnant i would have conceived feb, 9-11-or 14th either way i would be at least 3 weeks along. So i have another pregnancy test and i really want to take it, but i don't want to risk it being to early again. So I was wondering two things. Do you think I may be pregnant? And when do you think I should test? I have the early detection 5 days early thing.
