What are all the upsides to friends with benefits relationships?

I have a friend with benefits.We seem to work very well for each other,the only downsides are that i can be too clingy and he can be too distant,and our drives differ.But anyways,i know people always say these things always end up badly bc one or the other starts having feelings for the other person,but that is not going to happen with us.So,i'm just curious,what do you people think are the upsides,the good things about having a fwb?
