I love a girl from school 16 years later..?

i love a girl from school. we havnt spoke for 15 years. i contacted her recently via facebook but i suspect she has been afraid to communicate as she is married and has a toddler and is 6 months pregnant. the twist is, she has given me signals through songs. her husband is a radio dj and knowing i might be listening sometimes just after communicating recently she has got him to play songs occasionally. the message she is sending is that she feels unhappy and trapped. i love her so much i feel like i cant live without her. i want to tell her i am there for her if 'she is' unhappy and that i love her. what shall i do?
