Why am I feeling ill, and are these things linked?

A couple of weeks ago I missed the pill (microgynon 30), and so took two the next day. That night i also had red wine and a fruit salad that may have been off and smoked some weed, and ended up throwing up for the first time since I was a kid. That weekend i got a nasty cough and cold from going out in the rain while feeling low, and I'm still coughing up phlegm (which could be to do with smoking). The other night i took the first pill of a new pack after my period had ended and then had , but afterwards bled quite a lot briefly, and today i came over feeling incredibly nauseous like i was going to throw up again. What's going on with me?
