Who is a better hockey player Sidney Crosby or Joe Thornton?

Phil- how are both crosby and ovechkin once ina generation players if they are from the same generation? wouldn't that make them at least twice in the same generation??? And crosby and Thorton are two totally different players. Who would I rather have setting up? Thorton the guy is amazing at knowing where everyone is on the ice at all times, he can make pes like no other, who would i rather have in front of the net looking to redirect? or on a breakaway? crosby the kid is fast and is an amazing skater, he has some fo the best footwork i have ever seen. they really are uncomparable because their styles are so different... i'd rather have joe in the corner grinding it out with a 235lb defenseman, but i would rather have sidneyin a one on one break or even a one on two.... either way they are both great players and will no doubt both be inducted into the hall of fame.
